By the mere download or login the application, you acquire the status of user of it. The access and uses of the application is the sole responsibility of the user and signify their acceptance and knowledge as user of each and every one of the present conditions of use.
Sincrolab Ltd may deny or withdraw at any time and without prior notice, access to the application to those users who contravene the provisions of these conditions of use, the law, customs or public order.

The user has the obligation to obtain the consent of the data of third parties that he / she enters in the application.

The user acknowledges that all the elements of the application, the information and materials contained therein, the brands, the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of its contents, and the computer programs used in relation to them, are protected by rights of intellectual and industrial property of Sincrolab SL or of third parties. The use of the application does not attribute any other right other than those specifically contemplated in the application or granted in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation with respect to said industrial and intellectual property rights
